Ingredients:

3 tbsp dried prawns, washed, soaked in hot water, drained and ground.

5 cloves garlic ground

20 g belacan, toasted and ground

6 red chilies, ground

salt to taste

juice of 3 limes

20 fresh, young string beans, end removed, flattened slightly and sliced into 3 cm portions.

1 small daun limau perut, sliced thinly

20 fresh asparagus, remove ends and sliced into 3 cm portions.


Directions:

1. Mix the prawns, garlic, belacan, red chilies, salt and lime juice together.

2. Combine string beans, daun limau perut, and asparagus together.

3. Combine the prawns mixture and the string beans mixture together.
